Kaizen Wellness is an Internet-based well-being management system that is designed to help the chiropractor manage their patients’ wellness experiences between visits.
The Wellness Blueprint begins with an online dashboard, which summarizes the patient’s overall health, and allows them to set and track goals, journal, reach out to peers and challenge others toward wellness. Though this system is designed to be self-managed, it allows them to connect with a Certified Health Coach, available to them online or by telephone, to help them navigate their journey.
Furthermore, Kaizen Wellness is also designed to optimize the sales of any products or services you currently offer to patients, allowing you more effectively reach your entire patient base with your wellness recommendations based on the needs that they have identified in their initial assessment.
